A person becomes a member of Central
when the following steps have been completed: he/she
professes faith in Christ as his/her
personal Savior,
has been baptized by immersion,
accepts our Constitution, By-laws and
Church Covenant,
is approved by the Council of Elders,
and
receives the
right hand of fellowship at a public service
To facilitate this process of
membership, we offer a two-week Membership Class on Sunday mornings
several times a year. A prospective member has the opportunity to learn
about the beliefs and organization of Central, and find out how to
become involved in areas of ministry corresponding to his/her spiritual
gifts.
